Stanford d.school: I Love Algorithms

If we want tech, and the products, services, and systems its intertwined with, to represent all of us, to work for all of us, it must be designed by all of us. The Stanford d.school aimed to provide radical access to emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain. This machine learning card deck is a tool that enables anyone to prototype using algorithms. This card deck explains six common machine learning algorithms: Classification, Clustering, Reinforcement Learning, Dimensionality Reduction, Regression, and Association.

Themes within the workshop focused on “How do we design analog prototyping tools for emerging digital mediums? Can we design learning experiences that enable people from all disciplines to create with emerging tech? How do we prototype implications of technologies that scale massively and quickly? What contributions can non–technologists have on tech prototyping?”
